Located between the old oaks and the putting green on hole 3, the GREN FOREST space is 1000m2, ideal for holding large events, such as weddings, gatherings of friends, communions, outdoor concerts, product exhibitions, etc.
The extensive space allows the installation of tents that provide privacy and avoid unforeseen events.

It is necessary to request authorization from the property for special setups of tents, lights, sound and special decorations. The lessor does not have exclusivity of suppliers. Therefore, these suppliers must communicate in advance so that the landlord can give their consent and reserve the right of veto. The acoustic levels of the event that takes place after 11 p.m. will have to be within the thresholds authorized by the lessor. To reserve the space, it will be necessary to pay a deposit of 50% of the rental price of the space or spaces, non-refundable. 15 days before the event, the rest of the pending price will be paid, with a deposit of €300 for indoor spaces and €500 for outdoor spaces. Payment for repairs due to deterioration will be the exclusive responsibility of the lessee. It is strictly prohibited to step on the greens, even if they are practice greens. Once the condition of the property has been checked, if it is correct, the deposit will be returned. In the event of a veto by the main supplier that does not allow the event to take place, the deposit will not be returned. The entry of dangerous substances, flammable materials and pyrotechnic elements is not allowed due to the high landscape value of the space. El precio del alquiler es de 8 horas, con opción de incremento de horas extra hasta un máximo de 4 horas.
Es necesario solicitar autorización a la propiedad para montajes especiales de carpas, luces, sonido y decoraciones especiales.
El arrendador no tiene exclusividad de proveedores. Por ello, estos proveedores deben comunicarse con antelación para que el arrendador preste su conformidad y se reserva el derecho de veto.
Los niveles acústicos del evento que se desarrolle más allá de las 23 h tendrán que estar dentro de los umbrales autorizados por el arrendador.
Para efectuar la reserva del espacio será necesario abonar una paga y señal del 50% del precio del alquiler del espacio o espacios, no reembolsable. 15 días antes del evento se abonará el resto del precio pendiente, con una fianza de 300€ en los espacios interiores y de 500€ para los exteriores.
El pago de la reparación por deterioro será de responsabilidad exclusiva del arrendatario. Está terminantemente prohibido pisar los greens, aunque sean de prácticas.
Una vez comprobado el estado de la propiedad, si es correcto, se devolverá la fianza. En caso de veto de proveedor principal que no permita desarrollar el evento, no se devolverá la fianza.
No se permite la entrada de sustancias peligrosas, materiales inflamables y elementos pirotécnicos debido al alto valor paisajístico del espacio.
La propiedad se reserva el derecho de admisión en la finca.
